Noah Liker, LPCC

Hey there!

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big, intimidating first step, especially if you’re already feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin. I’m glad you’re here.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating the uncertainty and pressure that often comes with early adulthood. Whether it's anxiety, depression, or the constant feeling that you're falling behind while everyone else has it figured out, you’re not alone in those thoughts and you don’t have to face them alone, either.

In therapy, we’ll work together to build a relationship grounded in trust, transparency, and empathy. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for change. My role is to walk beside you - not to give you all the answers, but to help you reconnect with your own sense of agency and clarity about what you want your life to look like.

I bring a warm, down-to-earth style to my work, and I tailor each session to what you need most, whether that’s processing difficult emotions, working through patterns that no longer serve you, or just having space to think out loud without judgment.

Therapy doesn't have to be perfect or polished. It just has to start.
