I’m delighted that you’ve decided to reach out and get to know more about my therapy style and how we would work together. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment, while also building the tools and clarity to move forward.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. It may be anxiety, self-doubt, low self-worth, or a major life transition that’s getting in the way of feeling grounded. My role is to walk alongside you as we untangle what’s holding you back, rediscover your strengths, and help you reconnect with what matters most.

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I draw from evidence-based practices like DBT, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies, but I tailor our work to fit your unique needs, values, and goals. That means we’ll focus not only on managing the hard moments, but also on building confidence, self-trust, and resilience for the long run.
