Let’s start with a conversation
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision - and it’s important to feel like it’s the right fit. We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, share what you're looking for, and get a sense of how we work. No pressure, no commitment, just a chance to connect.
Try these relaxing techniques
Basic Box Breathing
Box breathing is a simple, guided technique where you breathe in, hold, breathe out, and hold again for equal counts. This steady rhythm calms your nervous system, reduces stress, sharpens focus, and helps you feel more grounded in the moment

Intermediate: 4-7-8 Breathing
The 4-7-8 breathing technique is another calming exercise. Unlike box breathing, which uses equal counts to create balance and focus, the 4-7-8 method emphasizes a longer exhale. This helps release tension, quiet racing thoughts, and prepare your body for deep relaxation - making it especially useful before sleep or whenever stress feels overwhelming.
